This is asinine rubbish. The bitter peckings of a cradle catholic who knows his faith isn't up to snuff. If you actually read "Tradcath" accounts, they display extensive theological knowledge. But no, easier to pick Dasha and assume that she represents the entirety of the movement.

This poem you wrote about Trump is literally some of the most embarrassing shit I've ever read: https://substack.com/home/post/p-155239644

Now begone, you fucking gilded protestant cuck.

No it's not, it's a work of genius. I'm sorry you don't understand the symbolism, but try not to let it damage your self esteem too much.

Too much purple prose and a bizarre mix of a childish limerick "Trump is awesome" with references to ancient Greece. A ton of name-dropped philosophers but with no real reference to them, and over-glazing of Trump instead of describing the scene. I think you could do something more with the description of the attempted assassination, perhaps with the blood, instead of describing light shining down on him through "our worldly prism"?? Tbh I disdain the wretched Trump and his followers but here's some advice.

Yes, the admixture of tones is sort of the point. And the "name-dropped philosophers" fall out to the implicit references to St Paul, Fukuyama/Kojève, Polybius/Cicero in the last three stanzas. The attempted assassination, of course, is based on, but subverts the assassination of Caesar; the blood refracted through the worldly prism...well I surely don't need to explain the physics of that to you.

Oh, yes, and at no point could it be described as "limerick." Protip, learn basic poetic terminology before taking up the critic's mantle!

Perhaps you'd like to explain a little bit about what you dislikes about this? I am always wanting to improve my craft.
